GUMILYOV JOURNAL OF SOCIOLOGY INCLUDED IN LIST 1 OF RECOMMENDED SCIENTIFIC PUBLICATIONS

A new and important stage begins for Gumilyov Journal of Sociology.

In accordance with Order No. 619 of 19 August 2026 of the Committee for Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the journal has been included in List 1 of scientific publications recommended for publishing the principal results of scholarly research in the field of Sociological Sciences.

The journal has been included in List 1 effective from July 2026.

This decision reflects the results of the consistent efforts of the Editorial Board, reviewers, and authors to maintain high standards of academic and editorial quality.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all colleagues who have contributed to the development and continued growth of the journal.

Gumilyov Journal of Sociology will continue to serve as a professional academic platform for the publication and discussion of contemporary sociological research.
