To ensure timely and uninterrupted communication with the Editorial Board, authors and reviewers are kindly requested to follow these recommendations:

  1. When registering on the journal's website, please use a corporate email address whenever possible. Examples include addresses with the domains @enu.kz, @edu.kz, and other institutional domains.
  2. If a corporate email address is unavailable, we recommend using Gmail (@gmail.com). This may help reduce the likelihood of automated notifications failing to reach your inbox.
  3. After registering, please check your “Spam” and “Deleted Items” folders regularly, particularly during manuscript submission, peer review, and correspondence with the Editorial Board.
  4. If you have already registered on the journal's website but are not receiving notifications, please check that your contact details in your account are correct and update your email address if necessary.

Please note that providing a valid and active email address is essential for timely communication with the Editorial Board. We therefore ask you to take these recommendations seriously and check your email settings in advance to help prevent delays in manuscript processing and editorial correspondence.
