The study covered key trends in digitalization, including the quality of infrastructure, the attitude of teaching staff to digital technologies, and software compliance with educational requirements. The results show that most teachers rate the level of digitalization as average. At the same time, the attitude of the teaching staff towards digitalization is ambiguous. The quality of wireless Internet and the availability of computers cause dissatisfaction. The problem of software inconsistency with the educational process has been identified, which hinders the effective use of digital tools. The theoretical significance of the study is to study the impact of digitalization on the education system, including changes in the relationship between teachers and students, as well as the impact of digital tools on the quality of education. The practical significance lies in the formulation of recommendations for improving the digitalization process, including improving the material and technical base, increasing the digital competencies of teaching staff and the effective use of digital tools.
